Terms of service
Effective August 25, 2026. These terms are between 3Bit Machine LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), and the customer that installs or uses Sendrel ("you"). Installing or using Sendrel means accepting them.
Sendrel is a business tool. By installing it you confirm that you are acting for a business or organization, not as a consumer, and that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Definitions
Platform means the help desk product through which you install and use Sendrel, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
Marketplace means the Platform's app store or listing through which Sendrel is offered.
Account means your organization's account on the Platform to which Sendrel is connected.
Agent means a user of your Account who is licensed to use Sendrel.
What Sendrel does
Sendrel lets an Agent send selected comments from a ticket on the Platform to an email address outside the help desk, with attachments and an optional summary, and posts replies back onto the ticket as internal notes.
What the service touches and keeps is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your Platform account and the Platform's terms
Sendrel runs inside your Platform. Your use of the Platform remains governed by your agreement with the Platform provider, and you must comply with it. We are not a party to that agreement and the Platform provider is not a party to this one.
Billing
Pricing is shown on the Marketplace listing for your Platform at the time you subscribe. A free trial, where offered, is described there too.
The Marketplace collects payment on our behalf. The Platform provider handles invoicing, refunds and cancellation under your agreement with them, and we do not receive or see your payment details. Questions about charges, proration and cancellation are answered fastest by the Platform provider. Anything about the app itself, write to us.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email to the address on the Account, or through the Marketplace. A change takes effect at your next billing period after the notice.
Fair use
Two limits exist so that one Account cannot degrade the service for others. They are generous for ordinary use and are stated plainly rather than left to discretion:
- 100 summaries per Agent per month. Generating a draft is what costs money, so a draft counts whether or not it is sent. Forwarding without a summary is unaffected when the limit is reached.
- 500 forwards per Account per day. Each recipient of a send counts as one.
If you need more, write to us. These are operational limits, not an upsell. We may adjust them with reasonable notice if operating conditions change.
Summaries
Summaries are generated by an automated language model. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. An Agent must review a summary before sending it and is responsible for what is sent. We do not warrant the accuracy of any summary.
Your content and your responsibility
You control what Sendrel sends and to whom. You are responsible for the ticket content, attachments and summaries you forward, for choosing the recipients, and for ensuring you have the right to send that material, including any personal data it contains, to the recipient in question.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to process it as needed to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and for nothing else.
Acceptable use
Sendrel is for forwarding support conversations to people who need them. Do not use it to send bulk or unsolicited email, to send content you have no right to send, to send unlawful, harmful or infringing material, or to attempt to reach systems or data other than your own. Do not reverse engineer the service or interfere with its operation.
We may suspend an Account that breaks this section, and will tell you why.
Availability
We do not offer a service level agreement. We work to keep the service running and will say so honestly when it is not.
Sendrel depends on the Platform, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Anthropic. An outage at any of them can stop forwards from sending, summaries from generating, or replies from arriving, and that is outside our control.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, 3Bit Machine LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Sendrel is limited to the amount you paid for Sendrel in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify 3Bit Machine LLC against third party claims, and the resulting costs and reasonable legal fees, arising from content you send through Sendrel, from your choice of recipients, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Ending it
You can uninstall Sendrel at any time from your Platform. Billing ends according to your agreement with the Platform provider.
On uninstall, the stored connection to your help desk stops working immediately. Data held for your Account is deleted after 90 days without use, as described in the privacy policy. Uninstalling ends all use, so an uninstalled Account is deleted about 90 days later.
We may end these terms if an Account breaks the acceptable use section, or if we discontinue Sendrel on your Platform. If we discontinue it, we will give at least 30 days notice by email to the address on the Account.
Sections on your content, liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes survive termination.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date at the top changes and we will note what changed. Continuing to use Sendrel after that means accepting the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Either side may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
General
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Sendrel. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Neither side is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
